ANCSS Presents A Night of One Act Plays
March 22 & 23. Friday and Saturday | 8 PM
ANC presents a night of One Act Plays on March 22 & 23 at 8pm at MPAC. Three short comedic plays will be shown. The Actor's Nightmare, a play by Christopher Durang, depicts an accountant named George who is mistaken for an actor's understudy and forced to perform in a play for which he doesn't know any of the lines. Sure Thing, by David Ives, features a chance meeting of two characters, Betty and Bill, whose conversation is continually reset by the use of a ringing bell, starting over when one of them responds negatively to the other. Star-Crossed is an original short play by ANC alumna Justine Brannon. Based on Romeo and Juliet, it is set in a modern day theatre pitting the actors versus the "techies."
$10 for adults and $7 for students/children.
