Dance and Musical Theater Summer Institute

Daily | 10 am – 4:30 pm
A performance-based course that focuses on dance, with technical classes and choreography in jazz, contemporary, tap, hip-hop, ballet, and other styles; as well as musical theater, with classes in singing, acting, theater movement, stage combat, and the fundamentals of technical theater. Programs to challenge advanced dancers as well as to accommodate beginners. Early session class plays a primary role in the design and management of the performance. Instruction: Jessica Bostock, Chris Waelchli and staff.
Summer Institutes are open to all ages, teens and up, including adults, and offer advanced skills to the motivated student. Class size is limited to provide an intimate environment of leaning-by-doing.
