Habitat for Humanity Benefit Concert

What’s even better than great music? Helping our fellow human beings afford their homes. And for one night you can have both. Help raise money for Habitat for Humanity in Philadelphia by joining us for an evening of raucous music performed by the NewChurch LIVE Band and opening act The Mighty Manatees. All proceeds will go toward the completion of a Habitat for Humanity housing project in Germantown, PA.

Billy Jonas Family Concert & Picnic

Bring your family and a picnic for an evening of musical fun! Concerts begin with a simple "tuning" of the audience; from there a whimsical trajectory carries listeners through stories of life, love, and triumph over 'Murphy's Law.' Jonas' original pieces are played on fanciful "industrial re-percussion" instruments made from found objects. He sings in a clear tenor voice; his guitar work is adventurous, alternately percussive and lyrical.

Location: The "Terrace" at Bryn Athyn College (between the Brickman Center and the Swedenborg Library). 2945 College Drive, Bryn Athyn, PA 19009.

For the fifth year in a row, Alexandra Kochis and Christopher Budzynski, principals of Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, will perform the lead roles in Dance Theatre of Pennsylvania’s spring production.
