The Bryn Athyn College Distinguished Speaker Series welcomes Walter E. Williams, Professor of Economics at George Mason University, to present a lecture on “The Role of Government in a Free Market Economy.”
Dr. Williams is the widely published, critically acclaimed columnist and author of over 150 publications featured on Crossfire, Face the Nation, Macneil/Lehrer and Wallstreet Week. His most recent works include Liberty versus the Tyranny of Socialism (2008) and Reaganism and the Death of Representative Democracy (2003). Dr. Williams is known for his wit and intelligence and this promises to be both an enlightening and entertaining evening.

Come enjoy laughter and a wonderful array of desserts while watching five one-act comedies from the All in the Timing collection written by David Ives. The collection, which debuted in New York City in the 1990's, is different & delightfully amusing. Each one-act comedy runs approx 15-20 minutes with an intermission after the third.
Tickets are $12 and include desserts, coffee & tea.
